Why I Built IronCoach

When I started lifting I had no idea what I was doing. I'd record my squats, watch them back, and still couldn't tell if I was hitting depth or if my knees were caving in. I just wanted something that could tell me.

I'm a solo dev, built this while at uni. Partly to learn, mostly because I wanted it for myself. Current PRs (Feb 2026): 115kg bench, 170kg squat, 220kg deadlift.

If you're new and don't have anyone to check your form, this is for you. It's not a replacement for a real coach but it'll catch the stuff you might miss.
